We are currently looking for a Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our Emergency Department.

What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the restoration or construction industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications in restoration (IICRC) preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work onsite / in office (M-F 8 AM to 4:30 PM) and on-call for emergencies
What will you be doing?
- Lead the emergency department, ensure deployment of resources are timely and effective, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction in property emergency situations
- Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders within the team and business to ensure excellent customer service
- Build and manage the team, assess competencies, and check and close operational gaps
- Manage the budget and identify potential risks and issues, in coordination with other managers
- Be the point of contact for customer in escalation situations and assist onsite when required
