Job Type:                     Full-time Permanent

 

We are seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join our team and support the troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement of production processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and production teams to implement process optimizations.
  • Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Participate in the testing, validation, and commissioning of new production equipment.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including automation processes, equipment manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Generate detailed technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualification:

  • Post-secondary education in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or co-op experience will be considered an asset).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
